During the VVB Veluwe IJsselstreek evening show earlier this month, Visstein A Black Diamond P RDC made a strong impression. The third-calver Diamondback RDC daughter placed second in her class before being awarded the Honorable Mention in the Holstein Intermediate competition.
Just a few weeks earlier, the impressive cow had been reclassified VG-87 with an outstanding EX-90 for Type, further highlighting her exceptional conformation and confirming her quality both in the show ring and in the barn.
Her pedigree is equally impressive. Black Diamond P RDC is sired by Diamondback RDC and out of the VG-88 scored Visstein Akim P Red by Ladd P. Behind her follows a long line of well-classified, high-producing cows tracing back to the Holim Heidi family. The pedigree combines outstanding type with proven longevity and lifetime production while offering a quite outcross pedigree. Production-wise, Black Diamond P RDC continues to excel as well. In her current lactation she is projected at 14,563 kg of milk in 305 days.
