Great classification round at Koepon with 3 times EX

Koepon Zazzle Cherry 13 EX-90

Two classifiers visited Koepon recently and the results were fantastic.

36 animals were classified; 15 of these were animals that were classified in their 2nd lactation or higher and received and they had an average of 88 points, including 3x Excellent, 3x VG-89, and 3x VG-88!

The 21 milking heifers were classified with an average of 85 points, including 2 heifers with VG-88 and one with VG-87! Several influential cows were also classified with high scores.

3x Excellent and other cows with new, higher conformation scores

Several cow families are strong at Koepon, and this inspection was no exception. From the Adeline line (KHW Alchemy Adeline-Red), there were two special animals: Malki daughter Adeline 7 and Stamkos daughter Adeline 10 RF. They both received an Excellent rating for their conformation in their 4th lactation. This line has been popular in Switzerland in recent years and proves its conformation strength once again today!

From the Cherry (tracing back to Classy) line, the amazing Zazzle daughter Cherry 13 was classified in her 3rd lactation with EX-90 and 92 for udder! She already has a Kahn daughter who received VG-86 at the previous inspection round!

Bulls originating from the Koepon stable also delivered top results, such as Koepon Altatop Red daughters with VG-88 and VG-89 from the Ruby (Regenia) and Doma cow families. 3STAR OH Ranger Red daughters are also improving steadily, as evidenced by higher scores of VG-88 and VG-89 for Koepon Ranger P Doma 60 Red and Koepon Classy 496 RF. A third Ranger Red daughter, Doma 58 Red, received VG-85; she is the dam of Koepon Real Life at CRV and several high-scoring daughters, including Koepon Reality Doma 100 Red, who has high genomics in multiple countries!

Koepon Star Range 93 Red, the frequently flushed Star daughter, calved for the first time at age 4 and is therefore counted among the older cows. She received a VG-85 and breeds well; she has several daughters with 155 gRZG and even a red factor daughter with 399 gNVI! Her Fred daughter also received a VG-86 during this inspection!

Koepon Parfect Range 113 Rf managed to increase her score in her 2nd lactation from VG-86 to VG-87! Range 113 is the dam of the bulls Koepon Rufus RDC (s. Dropbox) at Swiss Genetics and Koepon Redrave at Intermizoo. Her Dropbox daughter Range 253 RDC has also been flushed for multiple countries and already has high-scoring offspring!

Top milking

Among the milking heifers, there were also several standouts, such as the Homozygous Koepon Splendido Lisa 29 PP, who received VG-88! She also breeds very well; for example, she has a polled Akshay-P daughter with a GTPI of 3229 and a homozygous polled Holy-P daughter of +3159 GTPI!

The Red Range also always manages to stand out, this time with a VG-88 for Koepon Woodside Range 329 RF! Other frequently flushed donors at Koepon also left a positive impression. Koepon Tricky Range 306 Red (Tricky x Gameday) received a VG-87 and has high Hard Rock daughters with >3100 GTPI!

Several other Calmac RUW Tricky daughters are performing very well at Koepon! Koepon Gracie 6 received VG-85 and she has 2 Koepon Simply-Red daughters that are very high on NVI, namely a red one with 417 gNVI and a black-and-white with red factor with 413 gNVI! A 3rd Tricky, Koepon Tricky Range 327 Red, received VG-86 and 88 for legs!

In addition, the widely used Koepon Zoar Range 250 RF received VG-86 and 88 for udder. She has a Simply son in AI and many high daughters, one of them with red factor with 3224 GTPI and no less than +2.26 PTAT!

Another notable case at this inspection was Koepon Range 260 RF (Powerhouse). She received VG-86 and has a R&W Rolf daughter with 3277 GTPI!!

In short, high genomics and top conformation go hand in hand at Koepon!
