Sudena Abel Maui hits the 100.000kgM mark!
Sudena Abel Maui VG-89 brings in a new achievement
A remarkable milestone has been achieved at Sudena Holsteins. The nearly nine-year-old Sudena Abel Maui VG-89 surpassed the 100,000 kg lifetime milk production mark in early August, becoming the first cow in the herd' o reach this impressive achievement.
Abel Maui is a daughter of Leaninghouse King Abel out of Ms Moviestar Maui VG-86, a Mogul daughter from the renowned American Rudy Missy EX-92 family. Her dam is also a full sister to the well-known AI sire Mr Moviestar Mardi Gras.
Over the years, Abel Maui has made a name for herself both in the show ring and in the barn. As a young cow, she enjoyed success in the show ring and developed into a stylish and productive dairy cow. In 2021, she claimed the title of Reserve Junior Champion at the Twentse After Summer Show.
Last year, Abel Maui returned to the show ring at the Fokveedag Vriezenveen, this time competing in the production class. At that moment, she had already produced more than 82,000 kg of milk, demonstrating that outstanding production and excellent conformation can go hand in hand. She was named Reserve Champion of the class.
Today, Abel Maui has officially surpassed the 100,000 kg milestone, producing 100,077 kg of milk in 2,284 lifetime days, adding a historic chapter to the success story of Sudena Holsteins.
