New eye-catcher at VMO Holsteins
VMO Endless Dellia RDC VG-85 (VG-88 MS), Endless RDC x VG-89 Cyrano
At the Veenhouwer-Mulder family, a new standout from the well-known Southland Dellia cow family has recently been captured on camera. This is the second-calver Endless RDC daughter VMO Endless Dellia RDC. This strong cow family entered the VMO Holsteins herd several years ago through participation in the 3STAR EmbryoProgram, from which her dam K&L Poppe Dellia 8497 VG-89 originated.
The VG-89 classified Dellia, a daughter of Cyrano, is currently in her fifth lactation and is projected at 12,054 kg of milk with 4.07% fat and 3.51% protein. For the Veenhouwer-Mulder family, she has produced three daughters so far, including the now second-calver Delta Endless RDC daughter VMO Endless Dellia RDC. As a heifer, Dellia RDC was classified VG-85, with her udder receiving a VG-88 score.
For the Veenhouwer-Mulder family, 2026 will be an exciting and eventful year. In the new year, the farm will start milking at a new location. We wish them every success with this new beginning and hope for many productive, milk-rich years to come!
