For Red Rocks Holsteins, the Wesselink family, there was recently a very special moment: the first classification after they moved their farm to a new location in November last year. The 33 classified cows got an average score of 83.8 points!

Highest score went to the 3rd calver Red Rocks Massia 149 with VG-88 (EX-90 DS), sired by the home bred, daughterproven Red Rocks K&L Effort Red. Massia 149 VG-88 is the maternal-sister of Red Rocks Massia 76 Red VG-86, dam of Red Rocks Action @RUW.

Also from the Apina Massias is the 2-year-old Kik Topfit daughter from a VG-87 Bruchter Passe, namely Red Rocks Massia 202 Red. The 4.87% fat and 3.96% protein producing milking heifer was classified VG-87 (VG-87 MS).

From the Veenhuizer Zadia family a polled Tirsvad Match P is milking at Wesselink: Red Rocks K&L Zora 8 P. Her score of VG-86 makes her the 10th generation VG/EX in a row. This Zadia cow family is a very strong production line, which is also proven by the 305-days production of Zora 8 P VG-86: 10.235 kgsM with 4.02% fat and 3.42% protein!
