Willem's-Hoeve Jmw Applause 26 Red now EX-90 AV with EX-92MS
The De Jong family of the Willem’s-Hoeve dairy farm recently achieved outstanding results during their latest herd classification, where approximately 30 cows were (re)scored. With two cows scored Excellent, the total number of Excellent classified cows on the farm has risen to an impressive 21.
A major highlight was the first red cow on the farm to achieve the Excellent classification. The Moovin RDC daughter Willem’s-Hoeve JMW Applause 26 Red had already scored max. VG-89 as first calver following her successful show debut at the HHH in 2023. Now in her third lactation, she has been upgraded to EX-90, with an outstanding EX-92 for her udder.
Her dam is GHH Applause Red (by Devour RDC), purchased as a young heifer calf by De Jong and GenHotel in 2020. She is a granddaughter of the world-famous KHW Regiment Apple-Red EX-96 and a full sister to the successful Swiss show cow GHH Alice Red EX-90.
Following her debut at the national Holstein show HHH in 2023, Applause 26 Red continued to build an impressive show career. She won the Junior 2-yr-old Championship at the Avondbloesemshow 2024 and was crowned Miss Betuwe at the 2025 edition as a second-calver. Applause 26 Red is owned by Metz, Nuij and De Jong.
