Alumette 1023 Red benefits from new classification round
Hedra Alumette 1023 Red now raised her score
The recent visit of the classifier at the Hedra Holsteins farm brought great results. The fifth-calved daughter of Aalshorst Rody-Red, Hedra Alumette 1023 Red, recieved a nice new score. Also over 15 2-yr-olds got their first classification score.
Hedra Alumette 1023 Red descends from the renowned Belgian cow family of Suzan EX-91/Alumette Red VG-89, which has consistently excelled in producing AI bulls. This cow family has also achieved remarkable success at the female level within the Hedra herd. As a highly productive fifth calver Rody daughter, she is a direct descendant of the donor cow Hedra Delta Alumette 4-Red (by Jerudo), who has produced multiple successful offspring, including the bull Hedra Allround-Red @CRV. At the first National Red and White Show in 2024, an adult daughter group of Aalshorst Rody was prominently featured, with Alumette 1023 Red clearly leading as the standout daughter in this group. After being fresh again in November 2024, this well-built Alumette descendant was in a great condition to build-up her score to VG-89 (EX-90 DS). Furthermore, her daughter, Hedra Alumette 1619 P Red, sired by Delta Launch PP-Red, was sold post-calving. She is projected at a 305 day production of 10,007 kg of milk with 4.57% fat and 3.62% protein and VG-85 scored.

From the Bossink Delta Abby VG-86/Alumette lineage, Hedra Alumette 1617 RDC s. VH Bube Bernell, which calved in October 2024, achieved a score of VG-86. This Bernell daughter is closely related to well-known sire Delta Abundant P RC and is a maternal-sister to the bull Delta Buttercup P-Red.

Hedra Remarlinda 1540, a first calf Delta Warmond P daughter, stands out as one of the highest scored heifers this day with VG-87. She descends from several generations known for strong productivity and flawless conformation, tracing back to Etazon Renate VG-86, the dam of the renowned Delta Atlantic.
From the impressive breeding family of Vero Anne/Yarsons Apollo Havn Amber, Hedra Anne 1616 has been awarded with a score of VG-86. She is a first calver Powerlift RF x Topgear and boasts a strong score of VG-88 for feet & legs.
