2-Yr-olds from 3STAR Breeding Program are doing very well at Diekers Holsteins!

At Diekers Holsteins about 90 dairy cows are in the herd. A few years ago they started participating in the 3STAR Breeding Program and invested in proven cow families. In the meantime, already four milking heifers came out of this investment, each of them produce great, which brings the Eiting family a lot of satisfaction!
The average 305-day production of Eiting's herd is about 9000 kgs of milk with stunning components: 4.70% fat & 3.63% protein. The absolute star player is K&L Cm Delfia VG-85, a first calver Progenesis Cameron from the Southland Dellia family. She has big names in her pedigree, such as her granddam K&L BL Dellia VG-86, half-sister of sire K&L Cidre and multiple bull dam. Delfia calved at 2.00 years old and knows how to produce milk! With a projected 305-day production of 10,626 kgs of milk with 4.39% fat and 3.54% protein, she manages to produces 42% above herd average! Delfia has finished her 1st lactation, is pregnant by Rioaveso and will soon be fresh in 2nd lactation.

First calver K&L Sd Frisky GP-83/VG-87 MS, by Mirabell Sound System, also knows how to express her genetic potential in milk production. With a 305-day production of 9,881 kgs of milk with 4.30% protein and 3.56% fat, she produces 27% above herd avarage! Frisky descends from the one and only foundation cow Ralma Juror Faith EX-91. A very well-known cow from this line is Bouw Epic Finola GP-83 - dam of proven sires Bouw Finder, Bouw Final & BWN Danno Chief.

Eiting is milking two more 2-yr-olds from the 3STAR Breeding Program: Diekers K&L Rm Dw Ida 1 (s. Downtown) and Diekers K&L Rm Mirte (s. Babylon RDC). On average these four heifers produces 19% above herd average! A very successful collaboration, that definitely tastes like more!
