Two new highlights at Koepon Genetics

The Koepon Genetics team recently achieved an exciting milestone that showcases their commitment to excellence in dairy farming. Two of their remarkable dairy cows have successfully broken the 10,000 kgM fat and protein, raising the total to an impressive six cows that have reached this status.
Among them is Koepon Uno Denise 31, a twelve-year-old cow by Numero Uno, who proudly surpassed the 100,000 kg milk mark in the summer of 2023. Denise, scored VG-88 as a young cow, descends from the prestigious Snow-N Denises Dellia EX-95 cow family.. Recently, the VG-88 Numero Uno set a new record by achieving 10,000 kg of fat and protein, totaling an outstanding 126,850 kg of milk in just 3,218 days. One of her sons, Koepon Denice Mulligan (by Mardi Gras), was acquired by Aberekin, further spreading the influence of this remarkable lineage.
Meteor Smoky, a cow of German descent, joined Koepon as a 2-yr-old in 2015. Now over 13 years old, she has reached a remarkable lifetime production of 145,080 kg of milk over 3,626 days. As a young cow, she received a classification score of VG-89. This milestone not only reflects the hard work of the Koepon team but also their dedication to breeding awesome free barn dairy cows!
