Drouner Rose Marie 1504 EX-91 (Drouner A 288)
Meet Drouner Rose Marie 1504 EX-91 (EX-92 MS), an impressive 8-yr-old cow, bred and owned by Drouner Holsteins. This remarkable daughter of the home bred stud bull Drouner A 288 (Sunfish RDC x Drouner AJDH Aiko RDC VG-87) has a prestigious pedigree, going back in just five generations on the dam’s side to the famous Lavender Ruby Redrose-Red EX-96. Redrose-Red has left an indelible mark on the breeding world and was crowned Grand Champion at the World Dairy Expo not once, but twice, in 2005 and 2007.
Via A 288 x Seaver x Jotan Red x Advent-Red x September Storm, the excellent scored Rose Marie 1504 goes back to the North American Redrose-Red EX-96, who was not only known for her grandiose show career, but also achieved success in the milking parlor. Over five lactations, the Rubens RDC daughter managed to produce no less than 114,000kgM. During her life, which ended after 14 years, Redrose-Red bred several direct descendants - worldwide - that were excellent classified. Think of: Rosedale Tea-Rose EX-94 Res. All-American R&W 4 Year Old 2012, Rosedale Gold-Mine RC EX-93 and the EX-94 scored Rosedale Black Ruby. The daughter that ultimately forms the basis of the European branch is Rosedale-L SS Rose-Red VG-88. From this Redrose daughter, Advent-Red embryos left for Germany from which, among others, RR Rosedale Advent Rosy was born. With the arrival of Advent Rosy at the Albring family, a new and strong international cow family was introduced.
In just three generations on the paternal side of the pedigree, we trace back to the renowned American cow, Kamps-Hollow Durham Altitude RDC EX-95. She is celebrated as the dam of many outstanding offspring, including KHW Regiment Apple-Red EX-96 (along with her clones), KHW Goldwyn Aiko RC EX-91, and several bulls such as Jotan Red, KWH Kite Advent Red, and KWK ELM-Park Acme RC.
In 2022, Rose Marie 1504 increased her score from EX-90 to EX-91. The Dutch Redrose descendant is now in her sixth lactation and looks like she can continue for years to come!
