Well-known families dominate GNVI top


Famous and well-known cowfamilies are behind the highest genomic tested animals in the Netherlands. They are evidence that high genomic do not come out of thin air. Making the right combination remains very important for the long-term. Offspring out of families such as Apina Nadja, De Biesheuvel Javina, Veneriete Ida, MS Ricky, Zandenburg Ebony, Barnkamper Marilyn, Midwolder Marjon, Willems Hoeve Rita, Elagaaster Janke, Newhouse Sneeker, Beerzedal Paultje, Delta Gem, Bouw Goldwyn Femmy, Delta Monlisa, Vero Anne, and many others prove this.

The highest genomic tested female in the Netherlands is De Biesheuvel Javina 160, a Balisto daughter of Javina 50 (Gofast x Javina 19), with +451 GNVI and more members of this family are in the top. The next generation of the Apina Nadja family does a great job aswel. Apina Nadja 40 (Balisto x Levi x Apina Nadja) scores +399 GNVI and a Rocky of Nadja 3 (Gofast x Nadja) scores +368 GNVI.
