Windy-Knoll-View Promis EX-95
In the US, the well-known Rudolph daughter Windy-Knoll-View Promis passed a way recently at 19 years of age. Promis has at least 22 Excellent classified daughters including 2 @ EX-95, 2 @ EX-94 and 3 @ EX-93. Promis her Outside daughter Pledge EX-95 and granddaughter Panini EX-95 (s. Goldwyn) complete 3 generations of EX-95. The influence of Promis is huge and reaches to Europe as well. Mostly via her daughters Pledge and full sister Policy EX-93.

If you search for “Promis” through the “search” function in the menubar at the GenHotel website you will find a long list with descendants and news from the Promis family. For example think of FG Feline VG-86, a Snowman daughter out of FG Policy VG-88 (Planet x Policy EX-93) owned by the van der Weij family. Feline has several interesting daughters as you can see in the table below:

Rovers Holsteins also has very interesting offspring from this family. Broodcow at Rovers is K&L MOM Pam, a VG-85 Man O Man daughter from a maternal line of this family that is active at Willsbro Holsteins. Her dam is Willsbro Baxter Pammy VG-87 who is backed by a EX-95 Durham daughter of Promis.
K&L MOM Pam, who is sold to Rovers Holsteins through the GenHotel Selection Sale, is the dam to the high Supersire son RH Superman. A full sister to Superman, RH Supersire Pam VG-85, has several interesting daughters including the Polled RH Powerball Pam P (+2542 GTPI).

The Promis-family is extremely allround. This family breeds cows with longevity and high lifetime productions, high indexes but also great show-cows. This is proven by the Praline family at Giessen Holsteins. The most important cow from this family at Giessen Holsteins is Giessen Praline 2 EX-91, who also passed away recently as well. This Mr Burns daughter hails from a VG-85 Durham daughter of Promis. She was an very successful showcow and produced 77.842 kg of milk with 4.77% fat and 3.86% protein. All milking “Praline’s” in the herd of Giessen Holsteins trace back to Praline 2. One of her daughters is Giessen Praline 12, an EX-90 classified Struik daughter.
At Drouner Holsteins we can find another showcow from this family. Drouner Froukje 1156 is a Danillo daughter out of a VG-87 Pontiac of Policy. Froukje 1156 is classified VG-89 (MAX) as a 2-yr old and was named reserve junior champion at the HHH-Show.
