3STAR OH Kaylove Red (Flight Red x Crown Red)
In January of 2023, De Oosterhof and GenHotel showcased the young Poppe Flight Red daughter, 3STAR OH Kaylove Red, at the Highlight Sale. With impressive figures of 157 gRZG, 2730 gTPI, 201 gISU, and 1600 gISET, her complete profile and the strong lineage of the Art-Acres Kay721-ET EX-90 cow family attracted interest from buyers across several countries. Ultimately, the winning bid came from the B.O.A. group from Switzerland. Last October, Kaylove Red freshened, allowing us to fully appreciate this promising 2-yr-old!
3STAR OH Kaylove Red's dam was the top seller of the SonderKollektion in 2021, Bacon-Hill Crown Kay Red. At that time, she was considered one of the most interesting and versatile young Red Holsteins in Europe. As Kay Red aged and produced daughters, she maintained this reputation, with her offspring exhibiting high quality and exceptional test results across various systems.
From her mating with Flight Red (Rubels-Red x Born P RDC), two heifer calves were born: Kaylove Red and 3STAR OH Kaylight Red. From Kaylight Red, De Oosterhof and GenHotel have a Ranking P daughter with 151 gRZG and 300 gNVI. Eventually, Kaylove Red was sold and now resides in Switzerland with the B.O.A. Holstein. Flushes with different sire of sons have produced outstanding results, including the number 1 gISET RDC B.O.A. Tahoe Kaylor RDC by Tahoe RC, boasting 1664 gISET, and B.O.A. Member Kayenne P Red, the highest red Member PP Red daughter with 1517 gISET!
