Grand Champion Fokveeshow Lochem increases her score to EX-91!
Oosterbrook, Esperanto Hanilla, increased her score to EX-91 after her show success last saturday
GenHotel members Holbra Holsteins and Oosterbrook Holsteins participated in the Fokveeshow Lochem and did great in different categories. Also success was achieved with a 3STAR Embryo Program result. The highlight of the day was Leon Heijink's victory with his fourth calf Esperanto daughter and she increased her already excellent score this morning!
In a strong class with Senior Holstein cows, the fourth lactation Weelder Esperanto made the class victory. During the championship, Oosterbrook Esperanto Hanilla, a direct daughter of Oosterbrook Acm S Hanillo EX-90, won with convidence. Dam Hanillo won titles such as the Reserve Champion & Udder Champion Senior Bathmen/Laren 2022 & Reserve Senior Champion Bathmen/Laren 2023. The excellent Hanillo daughter was also present at this show, being almost 9-years-old! During the Grand Championship, the jury praised Hanilla and crowned her as the overall Holstein winner of the day. This morning, the Dutch classifiers reclassified the fourth calver Esperanto with her new score of: EX-91 FR EX-92 DS EX-90 MS EX-91 FL - TOT EX-91.

Holbra Holsteins also participated with their 7th calver Holbra Lathoya 1 EX-90, the cow with the highest lifetime production (90,916 kgsM) of the show. She achieved the 2nd place in the oldest Senior Class and was awarded with the Rendementsbokaal from CRV. Lathoya 1 descends from Golden-Oaks Mark Prudence EX-95 in six generations. Holbra Sonya 2, an excellent Claynook Casper daughter also from the Prudence family, won the oldest class of the Intermediate Holstein Class and was crowned Reserve Champion in the final. Already early in the morning the Holbra herd received their first title. In the first 2-yr-old Holstein class, the S-S-I Pr Renegade daughter Holbra Halina 3, calved at 1-11 years old, was the class winner and during the finals she won the title Reserve 2-Yr-Old Champion.

In the Red Holstein ring, the 3STAR Embryo Program result from the collaboration of Diekers Holsteins, De Oosterhof and GenHotel, participated and impressed. Diekers 3STAR OH Florijn Red, an early Poppe Freestyle-Red, won her class. Florijn comes from bull dam Diekers K&L DL Whiskey RDC VG-85. Well-known high genomic young sires and maternal-brothers of Florijn Red are 3STAR OH Whisper Red and Diekers 3STAR OH Fladderak RDC.
