Poppe Pietje 951 gets STAR, and high score

During the recent classification day, several of Poppe Holsteins' best milkers from the international well-known cow families were scored. As always, the Fienchen cow family had a number of highlights, but the Wilder Kanu, Willem's Hoeve Rita and Massia cow family were also highly appreciated by the classfier. But, perhaps the most special one was a member of the Pietje cow family, namely Poppe Pietje 951!
Pietje 951 was re-scored at the age of 9 yrs and managed to increase her score to VG-87 with 88 for her Mammary. In addition, she received the predicate Star Cow 1! Pietje 951 is a Perfect Aiko daughter of the full sister of the popular breeding bull Poppe Snow RF. Pietje 951 has already produced almost 90.000kgM with 4.79%V and 3.91%protein! Her 2 lactating daughters also show this and also have 30,000 and 45,000 kgM on the counter.
Wilder Kanu cow family
The Wilder Kanu cow family has been added to the Poppe herd through investments from the GenHotel Selection Sale and the German Selection Sale. At the German Selection Sale, Wilder Kalibra was purchased with the Kalibra sysndicate. Kalibra grew into a great breeding cow, has VG-88 and already produced 80,000 kgM. Her offspring always manage to deliver bulls to different AIs, for example Kalibra is the great-granddam of 3STAR OH Ragnar (by Ranger Red) at Qnetics with 156 gRZG.
A direct daughter of Kalibra, sired by Crown-Red, was scored with VG-86 and VG-87 MS and a granddaughter (Topstone x VG-85 Sound System x Kalibra) received VG-85 with VG-86 MS.
Willem's Hoeve Rita cow family
Another cow family that was purchased at a GenHotel Selection Sale in 2012 is the Willem's Hoeve Rita cow family, known for its many proven bulls, including the current popular bull Willem's Hoeve Woody! From this line, together with Red Hot, Poppe managed to breed Red Hot Rita 860 VG-87. She was the best R&W production cow in the Netherlands in 2019 and produced already more than 100,000kgM throughout her life! She is also the dam of the breeding bull Poppe Red Hot Neymar RF at KI-Kampen and has bred many good daughters. One of them is Mega-Watt daughter Poppe Red Hot Rita 0382, this third lactation cow managed to increase her score to VG-87 and shows what the Rita's can deliver: they get better every year!
Poppe Fienchen cow family
What is a classification at Poppe without the Fienchen cow family? There was no classifiecaion Poppe would say! The highest classified cow in 1st lacatation was of course a Fienchen, namely Fienchen 9183 (v. Delta Mauro) met VG-87. From the four 2-yr-olds also 2 were a Fienchen!.
Fun P daughter Fienchen 1214 VG-86 is the dam of Fienchen 2096 (v. Rubels), who was classified VG-86 with VG-86 MS and like most Fienchens a great Frame score, she received VG-88. The already mentioned Fienchen 9183 VG-87 is a granddaucghter of Fienchen 1214. Fienchen 1214 is still in the herd, and a Delta Fun P x Aiko x Danillo x boordcow Fienchen 580! The other Fienchen classified VG-86 was Fienchen 2132, She is a Poppe Efrain (Effort x Danillo x Fienchen 860) x VG-86 Boss x VG-86 Detroit x Fienchen 580. She reveived VG for F&L and udder and also the high score of VG-87 for Frame.
