The 5-year base adjustment and the update of the TPI formula have also brought major changes to European female lists. By increasing the constant in the TPI formula (by 183 points), the average TPI level of the population remains stable. At the top, these animals rose on average ± 70 points gTPI, with the largest gainers exceeding 300 points gTPI. For Net Merit there is no constant adjustment, as a result of which the NM level of all animals decreased by an average of 230 points.

The highest female for gTPI in Europe is now the French Pauline, who scores 2983 gTPI with +2.67 PTAT. With 7 daughters in the European top 100, K&L OH Mabel is by far the purveyor of high female offspring. Her highest daughter is K&L OH Melanie, a Sandy-Valley Challenger daughter who ranks 6th with 2955 gTPI. One of the top newcomers, with 2910 gTPI, during the April run is 3STAR OH My Britt, a De-Su Frazzled Rome from K&L OH Mirror, who now also has 3 daughters in the top 100. A full sister of My Britt, 3STAR OH Mylady, scores 2842 gTPI and is the number 2 Rome daughter of all newly tested females this month.

Wilder Christel, an early Sandy-Valley Eisaku from the Vir-Clar DE Classy VG-88 family, debuts with 2892 gTPI at 26th place in Europe and is owned by Wilder Holsteins & 3STAR Genetics. The absolute thrill this proof run is WILDER SOPHIE-RED, a Trent-Way-Js Ronald RDC daughter who is THE HIGHEST RED HOLSTEIN WORLDWIDE with 2876 gTPI! Sophie-Red comes from a red carrier Silverridge V Imax daughter, from the influential Apina Massia family, and is owned by Wilder Holsteins. Wilder Sara RDC, Sophie her full sister, is also in the top 50 newly tested animals with 2789 gTPI and is one of the higher red factor females in Europe.

De Oosterhof Dg Leida is with 2869 gTPI one of the highest Hurtgenlea Richard Charl daughters in Europe. Her dam is the full sister of the popular German young bull Topstone (by AltaTopshot). At De Oosterhof, the recently purchased EBH Missy at the GenHotel Selection Sale also had a great index run. This Pine-Tree-I Pursuit daughter from the Wesswood-HC Rudy Missy EX-92 family rose no less than 114 points TPI and is now also in the top 100 in Europe with 2860 gTPI.

Koepon Genetics also has new 2 heifers in the top 50 of this month, namely the full sisters Koepon Rivet Carmen 2 and Carmen 4. These SSI Bg Frzzld Riveting daughters from a Welcome AltaReserve, based on Larcrest Cosmopolitan VG-87, score resp. 2839 and 2790 gTPI. A Riveting daughter of the Classy family, Koepon Rive Classy 470, even ranks 17th in Europe with 2910 gTPI. Her half sister Koepon Timb Classy 475 is the highest Silverridge V Timberlake daughter in Europe with 2854 gTPI. This also applies to Koepon Hotjob Ruby 34, the highest European Peak AltaHotjob daughter with 2854 gTPI.

At Holbra Holsteins, Fustead S-S-I Solution daughter Holbra Alh Halina scores 2822 gTPI and is therefore in the top 50 newly tested animals. Halina is from the Cookiecutter Mom Halo VG-88 family and comes from a great producing VG-86 Seagull-Bay Silver dam.
