Success Barendonk Holsteins in Asten-Heusden

GenHotel members Barendonk Holsteins, Van Holland Holsteins and Zandenburg Holsteins claimed several individual champions ships at the wintershow in Asten-Heusden, the Netherlands. The Grand Champion Red and White was Barendonk Emma 192, the senior champion. Emma 192 is a Classic daughter of Barendonk Emma 160 (Lentini) and she was not the only successful member of this family in Asten-Heusden.

Clean sweep
Barendonk Holsteins claimed a "clean sweep in the 2-yr old class. Both Champion and Reserve Champion as well as the Honorable Mention is owned by Barendonk Holstiens.
Junior Champion was Barendonk Emma 220 (Jotan x Classic x Emma 160). This Jotan daughter was in december already Reserve Champion at the HHH-Show and in Asten-Heusden she was placed over herd mates Barendonk Emma 222 (Pleasure x Classic x Emma 160), the Reserve Champion, and Barendonk Emma 217 (Curtis x Stadel x Emma 160), the Honorable Mention.
Reserve Champion in the young cow classes was Barendonk Wilma 273, a beautiful second lactation Jotan daughter of Barendonk Holsteins.

Black/white heifers
In the black and white show there was success for Van Holland Holsteins and Zandenburg Holsteins. Heifers from these farms claimed the titles. VanHolland Rochelle, a Atwood daughter of Van Holland Holsteins was named Junior Champion. Her dam is Ramos daughter Rozalin (Ramos x BW Marshall x Lord Lily x Tui Onyx Nick).
Zandenburg Iota Ebony owned by Zandenburg Holsteins was named Reserve Junior Champion. She also hails from a well-known family. Her pedigree: Iota x Planet x Goldwyn x Lancelot x Webster x Lucky Leo x Bellwood x Luke x Aerostar x Rocky-Vu Extasy Ebony EX-94!
