Members of the Veenhuizer Zadia family are used as bull dams for many generations. One of the most interesting cows from this family is Kossinkhoeve Zadia 1 VG-86, a Planet daughter of Veenhuizer Zadia 15 VG-88 (Shottle x Jesther x Esquimau x Blackstar x Kemview Zadia). Zadia 1 has very high genomics and and has no O Man and Goldwyn in her pedigree. She still is the #4 GTPI Planet in the Netherlands with +291 GNVI.
Longevity
The Zadia's are long lasting cows. This is proven by the dam and granddam of Zadia 1. Zadia 15, the Shottle dam of Zadia 1, has a lifetime total of over 60.000 kg of milk. Veenhuizer Zadia (s. Esquimau), the granddam of Zadia 1, has produced over 100.000 kg of milk. The Zadia family has high productions, very good type and longevity and ... high genomics.
