At the Dairy Fair Mariënwaerdt there was success for GenHotel members Molenkamp Holsteins and Willem’s Hoeve Holsteins. The champions where divided over several participants.
Molenkamp Grietje 166
The red & white show had two separated classes. The Reserve Champion of the young cows (2 and 3-yr olds) was Molenkamp Grietje 166 Red. Grietje 166 is a Jotan daughter out of the well-known Molenkamp Grietje 61 VG-88 (Goldwyn x Grietje 28 RF). She was also had 3rd best udder of the show.
Willem’s Hoeve Baily 653
The black & white Intermediate Reserve Champion was Willem’s Hoeve Baily 653. This Atwood daughter is owned by Willem’s Hoeve Holsteins and goes back at Regancrest-RH Durham Bliss VG-89, a full sister to Regancrest-PR Barbie EX-92.
VanHolland Cinderella 1
VanHolland Cinderella 1, a Lexor daughter owned by VanHolland Holsteins and K&L, was placed 3rd in her class. Her dam is Giessen Cinderella 48, a Niagra daughter of Giessen Cinderella 22 VG-85 (Bolton x Giessen Cinderella 15 EX-91). Cinderella 22 is the dam to Clapton and Clide in Italy and Cinderella 48 is the dam to the high genomic bull VanHolland Covertry (s. Hunter).
