Proofs Germany (B&W)

This week is proof week. The most countries will have new breeding values available this week. We will add the new numbers as soon as possible to the GenHotel website. Germany is one of the first countries that has published new breeding values.

Genomics

The highest genomic bull on German basis is the Canadian Doormans on Gymnast. He scores +166 GRZG based on very impressive numbers for production (+149 RZM) and type (+145 RZE). Gymnast is followed in second by the highest German bull; Cicero, a Cinema son from a Balisto dam. Cicero scores +165 GRZG and has a huge production index of +167 RZM with at least +3401 kg of milk!

Other high bulls are the American bulls N952-e (Gust), All-Star (Penley) and Mr Puma (Icone) who all score +164 GRZG. Two bulls score +163 GRZG; Cyrano (Cinema) and Barcley (Balisto).

Proven bulls

The list with proven bulls (Interbull) is also topped by an American bull, as is the total top 12. Snowman son Mayflower tops the list. He scores +163 GRZG and is followed by the Bookem sons Rookie and Bob 5170 (+159 GRZG). Highly used sire-of-sons Montross (Mogul) and Balisto (Bookem) are doing well with +158 GRZG.

The highest German tested bull is also sired by Bookem; Big Point. He scores +151 GRZG and is also the highest bull with at least >500 daughters in Germany.
