An excellent classification day at Plataan Holsteins last week. 16 2-yr olds classified 84.4 points on average. Partly due to the offspring of the great broodcow Plataan Frida 1 VG-89. 4 2-yr olds were classified VG-87.
Offspring Frida 1
4 Lauthority sisters out of Frida 1 classified VG-87 (2x), VG-86 and VG-85 and their Windbrook half-sister also classified VG-85. The pedigree of these heifers is free from O Man blood.
The first grand-daughters of Frida 1 also got classified. Her Windbrook granddaughter is classified VG-87 and her Epic granddaughter VG-86. Dam of these two heifers is Plataan Frida 7, an Alexander daughter of Frida 1.
Snowman family
Two cows from the Snowman family are classified as well. Plataan Elsie 7, a second lactation Leko daughter, and Plataan E 7536, a first lactation Wonder daughter. Both classified VG-87. Their dam is FG Elsie 4, a Gibor daughter out of a full sister to Snowman.
